This film presents a crossroads of stories of characters who live in a typical Lisbon “patio”.

The daily life of the residents of this small community is presented in stories of love and jealousy, joys and sorrows, dreams and disappointments, in a group where several couples are protagonists of an action that takes place at the time of the celebrations of the Popular Saints in Lisbon.
